Refund policy
All sales on DaintyThings by LMM are final. Once your order has been processed, you cannot accept a refund or offer an exchange for the product unless your garment was incorrect. A credit can be applied up to 60 days based on unavailable fabric. Please check the size chart to be sure you are selecting the correct size. Since each garment is custom produce for specific fabrication and using our body figure size chart, garments are nonrefundable or exchangeable. Some miscellaneous items may be eligible for return for store credit only. If the size you order is not the correct size by default of DaintyThings by LMM only an exchange on the same garment is made for a different size, in which only will be acceptable. Only a size change return must be made within 7 days including weekends of the date customer receive package. Size change will not be accepted after 7 days including weekends. If you think you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package @ www.DaintyThings2003@gmail.com.
Customers will have 7 days including weekends from delivery date for us to receive package to be considered for an adjustment size of the same garment exchange. If package is received after the 7-day period, DaintyThings by LMM will not offer you the size adjustment exchange and customer's original package will be returned to the address we have on file and. Face masks are non-refundable, no exchange and no return.
To be approved for the exchange on a size adjustment of the same item, it must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of make-up stains, perfume, deodorants, damage, or wear) and with all tags still attached. No damaged, soiled or altered to garment or exchange return will not be granted and will be returned to the customer. If you think you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, there will be no changes made to the order nor the delivery address that you have selected on file for that order. All items must be cancelled within ONE hour of submitting the order to receive a full refund. Any order that needs to be cancelled after ONE hour will be issued a store credit ONLY. All items are made to order. Orders are processed in the order in which payments are received (purchase date). Items purchased during sales and peak times may experience a delay in fulfillment time. Custom orders may take from up to 1 to 7 weeks to completion depending on the volume of orders and fabric choice—prior to shipping—depending on the demand during the time your order is placed. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, rush order processing is available at an additional cost. Rush order processing fees are for product fulfillment ONLY and does not include rush delivery. Please email us for rush order processing requests prior to placing your order. All items must be cancelled within ONE hour of submitting the order to receive a full refund. Any order that needs to be cancelled after ONE hour will be issued a store credit ONLY. If the item has shipped within ONE hour, ONLY a store credit will be issued AFTER the order is RECEIVED at DaintyThings by LMM facility.
REFUND POLICY
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON GARMENTS.
Unless DaintyThings by LMM submittedyour order was incorrect please email us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery for an approval to return package. Once approved via email for the correct garment, DaintyThings by LMM must receive package within 7 days of the receipt date. Shipping and handling fees are the customers responsibility. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the authorization of an approval or denial of your return. If you require alterations and the alteration is made by anyone other than DaintyThings by LMM, we will not be responsible for the cost or any replacement nor will we alter the alterations by another dressmaker. If you are approved, then your correct order request will begin process.
An inspection on the return item will be conducted. It must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of make-up stains, deodorants, perfume, damage, or wear) and with all tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. DaintyThings by LMM has the right to petition your request and no longer be of service to you.
DaintyThings by LMM inspects all garments for any malfunction in the garment i.e., rips and tears prior to shipment. DaintyThings by LMM will not be held accountable for any mishandling of your garment once it has been unboxed (tried on without care or damaged at an event). If at any time your merchandise is shipped, we will provide you a tracking number from the carrier. Customer will be responsible to follow through with their tracking number and DaintyThings by LMM will no longer be liable for your package.
Exchanges:
We are not responsible for any garment mishaps once the package is opened. Exchanges can only be made only if at default DaintyThings by LMM shipped an incorrect order. If at any time you or any person(s) you are affiliated with becomes hostile or has threaten our staff in any way, the client will be dismissed without reasoning and there will be NO REFUND.
If at any time your garment has been completed and shipped in your possession and you file a false claim with your financial institution for your garment, CRIMINAL CHARGES will be filed for fraudulent claim and you will be taken up on charges. You will be held accountable for the full cost of your garment, any chargebacks as well of inconvenience filing fees, which may cost up to $500. If you decide to cancel your order within 1 hour, please email us at DaintyThings2003@gmail.com.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can only be made on garment only at error default of DaintyThings by LMM shipping customer the wrong order. Customers must contact DaintyThings by LMM within 48 hours of receipt delivery for approval. After 48 hours DaintyThings by LMM will decline your request for consideration. Once a confirmation email is sent to customer and approves customer to return order, customer will have 7 days from delivery date they received package for us to receive package in order to be considered for an exchange. If package is received after the 7-day period, customer's package will be returned to customer. Customer must contact DaintyThings by LMM.
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges
No switching or changing of items after order has been placed.
We are not liable for any damage done to the products once worn or removed from the original packaging.
We are not responsible for any damage done to the products during shipping, images illustrate design, not exact cut, style or fit of garment. Products containing colors other than black, blue, and red may take an additional 7 days for processing.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Every item is handcrafted and carefully inspected prior to packaging and shipment. Therefore, we ONLY replace items only if customer order was sent incorrectly. If you received the wrong item, please send an email within 48 hours to our Help Team: DaintyThings2003@gmail.com. If not received within 48 hours DaintyThings by LMM will decline your request.
Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Be sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach pictures of the product(s) showing the mishap. For example: showing the size, or wrong item.
DISCOUNT CODES
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to reverse the order or make changes to it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
